The always excellent (within the constraints they have to operate within) Burngreave Surgery will indeed close - but will be moving to a new combined premises on Spital Street. Slightly nearer to home for me, just hope the existing staff transfer too.

So as said on the first page then, plenty of people totally misreading the article.

This is much needed and excellent news, particularly for Parsons Cross with a new centre on Wordsworth Ave.  There new centre on Church St in town at the old RBS site.

You’re at it again, posting about new facilities in this fictional place called Parsons Cross.  Where on earth does it sit in this wonderful City of Sheffield?

I’ve asked before, are you off t’Cross?

Maybe but when you feeling like sh**** last thing you want to do is travel 3 miles to the Doctors

It's been established that people were misreading the article ffs, nobody is being made to get on a bus three miles.

The fact is though, is that resources are limited and people may have to travel further to see a GP.  But as said before there are good public transport links to Parson Cross.
