We have had a four year old child living with us for nearly 48 hours . When we are in the house the television choice is his . He left us at 6 o'clock this tea time .

I had heard odd snippets about yesterday . I came on here and asked a honest question , hoping someone could fill in the gaps but no that's to difficult for some snidey sorts .

We had two four year old children living with us for a year before they turned five. We still kept up to date with currant affairs.

I'll also post my opinion about the Conservative supporting press as well.

No doubt many of you will remember just how much hate there was for Michael Foot when he war his Barbour Jacket in 1983 at the Cenotaph. They spewed their hate over Kinnock calling him a friend of Russia and unpatriotic; they said Ed Milliband's Father hated Britain (in spite of the fact he was a D Day Veteran; and they threw vitriol over Jeremy Corbyn for not bowing his head sufficiently enough at the Cenotaph.

This is the prominence those Patriotic, Britain loving newspapers gave to Sunak's massive own goal and decision to bugger off for a political interview rather than stay for the D Day celebrations:

Tomorrow's Papers Today - UK Front Pages - Latest Newspaper Headlines (tomorrowspapers.co.uk)

Whilst I have very little regard for this iteration of the Conservative Party, that is nothing compared to the contempt I have for the likes of the Mail, Telegraph and Express.

THEY ARE THE MOST HYPOCRITICAL LOW LIFE SCUM IN THIS COUNTRY. SHAME ON THEM.

Funny you should mention hypocrites .

Why - what would you call those newspapers who use the armed forces, Armistice Day, and the Cenotaph and the war dead as nothing more than a convenient stick to beat the Labour Party with?

I'd really like to know Hacks.

I was - and given their historic role in spewing out militaristic guff in service of the Tory Party - don't you think their silence on Sunak's incredible blunder is deafening?

Or do you think the Armed forces, the war dead, and Armistice Day can just be used by guttersnipes for party political advantage.

Personally I think it's horrific, and it shows what utter venal scum they are.
