No one will believe their rhetoric and be conned again.

I saw this comment posted by someone on a news link- about the Tories and they were spot on:

Closed 600 police stations
Closed 800 public libraries
Closed 1300 children's centres
Cut council funding by 50%
Extra 600,000 kids in poverty
Extra 5 million people on NHS waiting list
Highest tax burden in 70 years
1000% increase in food banks
Trebled national debt
Trebled immigration
Stagnant economic growth
Dirty rivers

Guardian 4.10pm

Rishi Sunak will this afternoon call a surprise early election for July, senior sources have told the Guardian, a contest that will see Keir Starmer try to take power for Labour after 14 years of Conservative-led government.

Labour

Tory.

Two cheeks of the same backside.

But we've already seen one cheek and it's definitely dirty, we don't know how dirty the other is yet

Covid was responsible for it though. If you print a sh*tload of money for furlough etc then what do you think is going to happen? The result is that a load of extra money is chasing the same amount of goods, if not less due to stalled supply chains, so prices go up. It's basic supply and demand.

Responsible for all of it?

Hmm I think the Kamikwasi budget and Brexit are also factors.
