"The Labour Party won't say what they are going to do" seems to have been one of the Conservative's attack lines on them for a while now. Even if Labour sent a copy of their manifesto to every registered voter I suspect the Conservatives would still keep claiming they hadn't said what they would do."

 

All to be taken with a pinch of salt anyway.

 

Each party will say whatever they feel will get them into power and then row back on their promises once they realise they can't be achieved.

None of the parties have published a manifesto yet.  

 

They'll be out next week or the week after at the earliest.

These "missions" are what they published a couple of months back https://labour.org.uk/missions/ and Starmer did mention them or some of them in his speech yesterday i believe?
