Now that all this charade is over with, I'm looking forward to everything getting fixed.

Can't wait for there being:

No small boat crisis

No NHS crisis

No corruption in politics

No gender ideology

No high energy costs

High wages

Low taxes

No prison over crowding

Drink it in everyone.

To put this into football terms, a club stuttering badly sometimes needs a few good thrashings and an embarrassing relegation in order to take stock. I recall the likes of the  Manchester clubs and the mighty Liverpool spending time out of the top division.

Lol knew someone would make that assumption because you're either labour and if you aren't that means you're automatically a Tory.

No, my view is that they are all the same..the only thing that changes is the color of their tie.

So everyone thinking that everything is going to be solved under labour is kidding themselves.

In 4 years, if any of those problems have not been solved I guarantee that Labour will be saying it's the Tories fault.

I hear that some Tories quite like a few good thrashings.

I knew that you weren't Labour because I hardly saw you on the old Conservative Party thread....In fact I think I saw you more times on the Labour Party thread....

You sure you're not a 'shy Tory'? :hihi:

No not at all. I'd be a floating voter as I've voted for both in the past.

And this is the thing I don't understand in the north. Most people hang their colours to the mast for the rest of their life. I vote based on how I think will run the country best (at the time)

It they turn out to be crap, fair enough.

But Ill never be a 1 party voter just to get back at another party. Seems petty.

Anyways, Labour are our now Lord and masters, so let's see how they can improve our lives.  I'm expecting at least something to change in the next 12 months.
