There's an old saying; "you are what you most despise"

Led By Donkeys should take note.

I don't think living your life by aphorisms is a viable strategy. If we did that, we'd spend far too much time not giving a man an inch.

Would you like your mile returning, sir?

As previously stated I will break my self imposed ‘no voting’ pledge to whichever political party has re -entry into the EU Single Market written into their manifesto, this will redress my support of Brexit.

As a long standing opposer of the monarchy, with Democratic views I will continue to support the EU Single Market but don’t see any current party as being worthy of my cross.

Imelda Marcos.

Good luck finding it.

Heh. Like a reverse Cinderella? [checks Urban Dictionary to make sure that's not a euphemism for a deviant sexual practice]

Talking of lettuces, 'Led by Donkeys' strikes again!

I like how the banner came down, just as she was talking about how in America "Bill Clinton said it's the economy stupid".

Perfect timing :hihi:

Very true. It's odd that LBD still find time or even the inclination to troll a past PM who doing no more than promoting her inevitable book. It's almost as if they have nothing more to offer than a rather puerile style of 6th form politicking.

Yet this fairground attraction happens while the current PM and his new government are enlisting unusually heavy powers of the State to remove hard won freedoms of citizens while they express in frustration at years of being ignored and sidelined.

Whose side are you on boys, whose side are you on?

Considering the damage she wrought on the economy, I don't think she should get a free pass from criticism just because she lost her seat.

About time politicians learned there are consequences to their actions in office, that everything is not so simply forgotten after the ballots have been counted.

Which part of being ousted as the shortest serving PM in UK history is giving her a free pass from criticism? You will recall that she has acknowledged mistakes during her tenure so it's not clear what point you're trying to make.

There is no purpose in somebody trolling her like that unless their emotional intelligence hasn't developed past adolescence and to be honest the same goes for people who support the trolling once the obvious has been pointed out.
