Worse than a few words on the t'interweb, though?

When did "sticks and stones may break my bones..." stop being relevant? Are you one of those who thinks words are 'literally violence'?

Maybe when it's a direct incitement to violence; don't forget those gaoled so far have pled guilty as far as I'm aware.
One at random, though there have been, and will be, others for a more direct incitement.

How about for false allegations on Facebook against various parties?

Twenty-two-year-old from Barrow posted photos on Facebook falsely claiming she had been abused

Then of course we have the whole Ali Al Shakati story

And the Labour Cllr advocating slitting peoples' throats?

And how come it's taking so long to punish the actual murderer of the 3 little girls?

It's also gone a bit quiet, quite quickly, over the Harehills riot... not seen anyone being arrested for any of that.

First one, arrested & charged, due back in court next month
Suspended Labour councillor charged with encouraging violent disorder Guardian
Charge relates to speech in which Ricky Jones ‘appeared to … encourage others to act violently towards far-right protesters’, CPS says

Second one; try asking the CPS not me; complex investigation, and also presumably psychological, as well as intelligence, reports.

Third one, try looking in different places;

So, basically...

The powers that be drag their feet for one side and speed up the process for the others... 👍👍👍

After the 2011 riots, the Metropolitan Police were still arresting people a full year later, there was just so much video evidence to go through.

These events are not so quickly forgotten by the authorities as they are by some members of the public.
