If there was a general election next week the Labour party wouldn't win a majority.  Sir Keir Starmer's approval rating is worse than any prime minister who has been in office for three months after winning a general election.  It took 14 years for the public to want a change after Conservative rule and has only taken less than 12  weeks for the public to want a change after Labour party rule.

That’s a post by somebody who has no understanding of politics.

The next General Election will be in roughly four years. The first step for the Labour Party is to do the unpopular stuff of fixing the economy that was laid to waste by twelve years of disastrous Tory rule.

In a couple of years, you’ll see the popular, constructive stuff. Until then, we’ve all got to pay the price for the worst run of governments in living memory.

In between times, Starmer has a massive majority and a mandate to sort things out.

We all understand it will be roughly over fours years before the next general election.  There are millions of voters out there who know they made a mistake and the penny has dropped too late that a change for Labour was the wrong choice.
