I did.

The Conservatives got their just desserts at the GE and Labour have 4 years or so to get to grips with applying their agenda .

Sunak and co had run out of steam and many of the sitting MPs stood down before the election.

They no longer commanded any confidence to sort out the ongoing drift to the right and find themselves in a very similar situation to Labours drift to the left.

They will need the 4 years in opposition to sort out their own problems and in the meantime we can expect the sort of “points” that you raise.

A bit likeThe Northern  Power House and HS2 et al…only not as bad.

Perhaps 100 days in is a bit early to judge what plans can be fulfilled and which have to be modified or ditched.

They’ve got a difficult job, Hackey. Unraveling the absolute mess caused by Johnson, Truss and Sunak is going to take years. I can’t remember a more incompetent regime in my lifetime.

I am enjoying it . Backtracking , excuses , infighting ,etc , all in less than one hundred days .
