Well quite.

I think Liz Kendall would've been better advised to give the money she's gonna get for these 'work coaches' to the NHS so they can use it to train more Psychiatrists and Community Psychiatric Nurses. At least the money would've been better spent IMO

Depends on the type of work I suppose. For example, something like gardening might be quite therapeutic.
