It's important to learn from the past, so the same mistakes aren't made in the future. The Tory Party were destroyed because they were taken over market fundamentalists, and brexit jihadists....Swivel eyed loons infested with weird dogma.

SureThe paper's readership is generally on the mainstream left of British political opinion: a MORI poll taken between April and June 2000 showed that 80 per cent of Guardian readers were Labour Party voters;[11] according to another MORI poll taken in 2005, 48 per cent of Guardian readers were Labour voters and 34 per cent Liberal Democrat voters.[12] The term "Guardian reader" can be used to imply a stereotype of liberal, left-wing or "politically correct" views.[13] we should have high expectations, but allow us to wallow in the happiness that the Tories getting a deserved battering will bring :)

Absolutely.

From the past we've learned Labour governments  leave our country worse off after a period in office than it was on the first day they started in office.

Walling  about Tories getting a battering is an indication of schadenfreude syndrome.

Why did you change my post to include quotes from Wkipedia?

Whereas the Tories have left the country not only worse off economically but have also damaged our international reputation as a trustworthy nation to deal with.

Trust in British politicians is at an all time low https://www.globaltimes.cn/page/202403/1308298.shtml Not surprising and follows 14 years of Tory incompetence and blatant corruption.

And I'm not a Labour supporter.

Just take a look at all of the terrible things that Labour have done for the UK:

Its a good job that the Tories always take over, cut funding for these terrible things and watch them wither.

Too much partisan happening here.

Why has there only been five Labour prime ministers if the Conservative Party is so bad and the Labour Party is so good?

Well the Tories have had about 4 the last couple of years.
