No one attacked the White House.

His supporters number into the millions so don't stereotype them all just because a mob of a few hundred idiots lost the plot.

Ok Ok!  Capitol Building, flippinheck!  Which ever building it was,   it was insighted by Trump.    I will Stereo type them all because  anybody who supports Trump is a nutter. :loopy:

Perhaps the media should insist they will only include those standing for the election will be allowed to comment on their parties' respective positions. After all, it will be help the electorate to make informed decisions about who to vote for if they see the candidates themselves.

That is a daft suggestion.  Mr Farage is the honorary president of the Reform party and represents them nationwide rather than just canvassing in one constituency.  There is no difference to Mr Starmer and Mr Sunak canvassing throughout the whole of the country to what Mr Farage is doing.

You think people being able to see who is aiming to represent them in parliament is a daft suggestion! :loopy:  Sunak and Starmer are standing in the election, Farage isn't - that's the difference.

Sir, I stated it's a daft suggestion for the media to only include those standing for in election in their programs. I haven't stated it's daft for those standing for election to be included in programs. Please don't try to twist my words.  Mr Sunak and Mr Starmer are campaigning nationwide and not just in the constituency they are standing to become a MP.  Mr Farage is the most high profile member of the Reform party.  Mr Sunak is the most high profile member of the Conservative party and Mr Starmer is the most high profile member of the Labour party.

To be fair, the same is true of Trump.

It is, and even more unfortunately it tends to be almost always true of those people who are driven to achieve power.

Lord Acton famously said " Most Great men* are bad men, power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely. "

I am not saying that Trump is a great man, he isn't, he's a dangerous charlatan who's duped millions.

*They weren't politically correct back in Lord Acton's day, it applies equally to women. Those women who achieve political power almost invariably do so by being as ruthless as men in the same game.

Sunak and Starmer are campaigning nationwide because they are party leaders. The Reform Party's leader is Richard Tice not Nigel Farage. With 30p Lee chickening out of appearing on Question Time, it appears the only person standing for Reform who the public will get to see is Tice. It doesn't help people gain balanced opinion of the party does it?

Mr Farage is the honourable president of the Reform party which is more prestigious than being the party leader.  The Question Time program benefited more from the appearance of Mr Farage rather than Mr Anderson who flip flops from one party to another.  Potential Reform party voters don't have a problem with Mr Farage not standing to be an MP at the election.  The only folk who have a problem with Mr Farage not standing as a candidate are  those who have no intention of voting for the party that he represents.  These same folk only want Mr Farage to stand as a candidate because they want to see him lose again in an attempt to become an MP.

Mr Farage blames the Conservative party for not making the most of the new Brexit opportunities.  Mr Farage has played not role in administrating Brexit.

Why do you think he has lost each of the 7 attempts he has made to be an MP at Westminster?
