She was doing the rounds at the weekend, and in the interviews I heard, not answering the questions put to her but just talking over the interviewers at a rate of knots with a pre-learned script. Steve Barclay, the Environment Secretary is married to the executive of Anglian Water, one of the UK water companies perceived to be responsible for widespread and prolonged environmental damage.
