but but but it only happens under labour......at least have an even playing field ;)

I think that they missed the crippling unemployment of the 1980s and the economic chaos of the last five years. Plus the corruption,  broken promises and general self serving nonsense that we’ve been expected to put up with.

What a dreadful bunch this current Tory party are. The Thatcher government wasn’t much better.

Good point and before the last election, the Tories made such a song and dance about Labour making deals with the SNP, yet the Tories were raiding the magic money tree for the DUP!!!

Like it did with the Lib Dems, SNP and the Ulster Unionists in the 70's

yes we are going back but that was the last time there was a "proper" Labour govt according to some members here

is that all youve got? to attack him with, LOL

It's a sad reflection on how standards have dropped that you and millions of others are prepared to support such a work shy individual to be the next prime minister.  If Starmer was applying for an important job in the private sector then his application form would be thrown in the bin if  he revealed such a lazy persona in the interview process.

I disagree.

I think that many Tories are a bit backwards in their thinking. Starmer probably knows that the idea is that to get results - you work smarter, not harder. I mean look at the Tories - they say they've worked all the hours, and the Government they run is incompetent, lacking results, sleazy, and fraud riddled. And the campaign they've run is equally dreadful.

If you're wondering why everyone is laughing at you, and treating the party you support with contempt, you will get the message eventually
