Glad it's all over, it's been nothing but demoralising season from start to finish.

We go again in August but what team we turn out is anyone's guess.

Expected relegation Alex, but did think they would have put up a fight.

The towel was chucked in before Christmas, I fear for next season.

That's because we're eternal optimists.

Well we already know 5 who won't be at BDTBL.  Basham, (will miss him but his time is up), Norwood, (won't miss him), Baldock, (gutted he's off), Foderingham, (don't want him to go) and Lowe (indifferent about him).

I don't know how many stayed behind after the final whistle but me & mine weren't going to hang around to applaued  abject failure - it might encourage them to believe that we forgive them for the half-hearted performances over the last 10 months.

First few games this season we were very unlucky, we just couldn't see games out, look at how many late goals cost us points. Then the rot set in no one can blame anyone but the owner for what has happened you can't run a Rolls Royce on a Ford Escort income.

At least it keeps some people happy who we don't see on here very often and a few who were dancing in the streets celebrating staying in the second flight by the skin of their teeth.

You can probably run a Rolls Royce with a model T Ford engine in it Alex but you won’t get very far or very quickly. The result will be a catastrophe as we’ve proved.😃

Only been to a few homes games this season. The latter stages of Wilder's last tenure and method of his departure really did disappoint me, as did his return after rebuilding his relationship with the owner whilst Hecky was still in place. I don't like that aspect of it and it leaves us in the hands of an owner with what appears to be little money, a huge clear out to deliver and a manager of dubious quality, other than living in the past clichés and being 'one of our own'.

This season has been an embarrassment to the fans, club and the PL, but the rot didn't just start suddenly when we sold Ndiaye and Berge pre-season. It began during CWAK's last time here with dubious signings (wasted money), giving too long contracts and too much of the 'one of our own' and 'my football club' talk that covered the weaknesses.

I went yesterday more out of wanting to see Norwood, Baldock and Bash for the last time. Wes had a blinder, that should help him be moved on and I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Mcburnie on his way too.

This is as much on CW as it is anyone else in the club, and no amount of deflecting and positive chat will change that.

I am genuinely concerned for the future of the club right now.

Glad this season is done with. Thanks to all involved, on and off the field, for putting us through it.

Overturning a 12 point deficit after not winning any of the first 13 games is well worth dancing in the streets to celebrate…

But at least United broke records never seen before in the Premier League …good old Chrissy Wilder …
