Intent is only a consideration for handball.

The refchat.co.uk forum is a bit split but the majority view is 'no penalty'. I think the decision shows the massive gap between the UEFA/FIFA idea of football and absolutely every other competition's idea of football.

You're not allowed to criticise Kane, even if he did jog through 5 games and gaze up at the sky a lot.
