bassett one Posted June 28 Author Share Posted June 28 the council have set on a large number of area people per estate these go round sorting problems and visiting tennents, the first idea they were to visit every house flat ect annually ,but that failed due to the tennents rights, so its by tennent invite only. to a degree it works, but very costly, wardens would of been cheaper, i know they have a few wardens but not enough. It could be that younger people pay less attention to the sort of stuff going off in town, so it not recognised as much.
