Oh, by the way. My apologies for not replying sooner only I have a life outside of this forum 🙄

Either you don't get it, which wouldn't surprise me, or you're deliberately choosing to ignore it, which also wouldn't be a surprise.

Had I said " Trump is the most objectionable person to have reached the position he has" then that could be debatable. However one of the most objectionable is not debatable.  As he's the first former president to be found guilty of rape and also the first to be tried and convicted in a US court it isn't debatable is it?

You asked me a question, I replied, and you then arrogantly decided not to read the full reply after  miscomprehending the first paragraph.  😂

Virtually impossible to get a decent reply from THE_MANBABY. I put it down to a combination of cowardice and limited intellectual ability.

Such an obvious lie doesn't deserve a "decent" reply,, but here goes:

Trump was NOT "found guilty of rape"!

AP

Jury finds Trump liable for sexual abuse, awards accuser $5M

"NEW YORK (AP) — A jury found Donald Trump liable Tuesday for sexually abusing advice columnist E. Jean Carroll in 1996, awarding her $5 million in a judgment that could haunt the former president as he campaigns to regain the White House".

She was also awarded $83, 800,000,00 for "defamation". While her lying defamation of Trump being a rapist, and parroted here, which the Jury threw out, cost her nothing! 😀

But no matter.  She hasn't got the money yet. The whole stinking deal is under Appeal, and we'll see what happens to this one, along with all the other rent-a-Judge decisions.

Only because under New York criminal law, an assault constitutes "rape" only if it involves v*****l penetration by a p***s. That was the definition the jury was instructed to use in the civil case.

For the avoidance of doubt - as the lawyers like to say - Trump was found guilty of rape.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2023/07/19/trump-carroll-judge-rape/

The  United States Department of Justice updated ( 2012 ) definition of rape includes what Trump was found guilty of.

https://www.justice.gov/archives/opa/blog/updated-definition-rape

It's interesting how Trump acolytes claim all accusations against him are fake news, a phrase he claims to have invented.   https://www.washingtonian.com/2019/10/02/trump-claims-he-invented-the-term-fake-news-an-interview-with-the-guy-who-actually-helped-popularize-it/

Yet all negative  accusations made against Biden are the Gospel Truth. Trump followers look remarkably cult like in their devotion.

Neither candidate is fit for the purpose,  one because he's old and has deteriorated lately and the responsibility is too much for him now, the other because he isn't fit for purpose in numerous ways, and if he wins  would be older than Biden is now in his final year.

Trumps faculties are also deserting him. Anyone looking at this has to have serious doubts as to his mental capacity.

What is he rambling on about, and why are we going to have one or the other of these two as POTUS for the next four years? If it was any other country except one of the major powers it would be sad but funny in a cruel way. This is the USA and this isn't funny in any way.

Well, that was where the "horrendous" incident allegedly took place. It was tried under New York State Law, not Beijing 😀

This is a famous New York "Venerated Advice Columnist", and an author of 6 books on the subject of men/women relationships.

Allegedly, she goes willingly into a ladies change room with Trump at the famous Bergdorf Goodman high end (they sell furs) Manhattan Store and was raped and physically injured by Trump. A "colossal" struggles ensues, her head is banged against the door, her tights are down around her ankles,  but she manages to open the door and is able to "run out of the dressing room".

Now, security at high end Manhattan stores who sell furs is tighter than a drum, they have dressing room attendants, who note who goes in, and out, what you are taking in and out, sales staff,  and security personnel,  and all this"colossal", "horrendous" assault allegedly takes place without anyone in the store noticing,  and she never reports it to the staff? There's nobody around when she goes in a lady's change room with a guy, and nobody around when she comes running out?

The Russian Pee Tape Dossier, and the Jussie Smollett hoax was more believable  😀

But no matter. This is New York, with a New York Judge and Jury, during the Jail Trump mass hysteria  campaign and the outcome of any a civil case is preordained. Alleged Trump victims will win every time in a "he said, she said" case.

Anyway, this one's not over yet! Until the Appeal is heard, and until she actually gets the money!

I would advise her not to spend it before she has it in her sweaty little hands, like she's bragging here:

I've been in the Corporate field my whole life, and I've seen $millions paid to settle allegations by companies who were deadly afraid of their corporate image being  damaged,

I've also experienced the time prior to the 90's when sexual harassment of female employees in the work place was common, but sometimes encouraged by women on a career path up the Corporate ladder, and oh, those office Christmas parties!

Any female posters here like to rake me over the coals?  😃

How long has 'MSM' been used as a term?

I must have seen it a hundred times in here in the last week, yet never seen it before. I only looked it up last night, as I was misreading it as MSN (thinking it was something to do with old MSN messenger type MSN)

Trump is on track to put on 400 rallies  in almost every State of the Union, this election cycle.

One and a half hours each, that's a lot of politics, so he sometimes tries to  lighten it up a little, up to entertain the crowd.  Some stories hit the mark, some fall short, but the crown likes it.

It's not like he's claiming his uncle was eaten by cannibals, lol

Trump hasn't got a sense of humour, he has an overwhelming sense of his own self importance but doesn't really understand jokes.

If that video was him trying to be funny it was pathetic and totally ridiculous, it wasn't, he was trying to show how smart he is and failing miserably.

I'm surprised the crown like it, given his complete lack of manners on his visit to meet the queen and later his insistence that if he'd have been president at her funeral he'd have insisted on a far more prominent seating arrangement.

At least Biden had the good grace and manners to understand that a royal funeral is a state occasion and is about honouring the deceased. With Trump it's always all about him.
