Greenveg
When i want to download an app, “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?” appears, but instead of saying YES/NO, it just says No, and I cannot continue.

RollingJ
Thanks for that - although the top seven lines would have sufficed 😃. Has this always happened, or is it a recent development? I have not heard of this happening very often before, and certainly not recently. I gave up on M$ when W7 support finished, so have little experience of later iterations, but this sounds like a security setting in the OS. Greenveg
All this happened after I did a full reset. It will not let me to do another reset. I have taken a picture of this message.
RollingJ
Ah, Microsoft being its usual helpful (not) self. Thought it might be something to do with UAC, but as I have no experience with it, I will pass this over to someone with better knowledge. @Ghozer or @zach - any thoughts? Pyrotequila
What happens if you click "show more details"? Does it give you the option to continue then?
Ghozer
That's basically saying the account you are using is not an administrator account, Does anyone else have access to the PC, maybe as an administrator account?
