Recommended Posts

When i want to download an app,  “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?” appears, but instead of saying YES/NO, it just says No, and I cannot continue.

Thanks for that - although the top seven lines would have sufficed 😃.

Has this always happened, or is it a recent development? I have not heard of this happening very often before, and certainly not recently.

I gave up on M$ when W7 support finished, so have little experience of later iterations, but this sounds like a security setting in the OS.

That's basically saying the account you are using is not an administrator account, Does anyone else have access to the PC, maybe as an administrator account?
