aardvark6535 Posted July 2 Share Posted July 2 My desktop seems to be getting the idea of having a holiday, It's on a go slow until I show it a picture of Sheffield beach, seriously though, It takes twice as long to start up as it used too, and opening a browser is painful as well, Then everything goes back to normal, and I forget about the prob. Until it starts again? I've tried various things - Virus scan, Reg. clean, Disk check, all to no avail. Any ideas? From a sub 15 second to well over 35 second start up is annoying.
