John Harris: "Here's K.Badenoch, who thinks an autism diagnosis entails "economic advantages and protections". She also queries providing school transport for autistic kids & has no idea what neurodiversity/divergence are, and why they have abs nothing to do with, say, anxiety. Pls repost" — Bluesky (bsky.app)

It's quite scary that this woman was Equalities Minister and yet is so ignorant and unpleasant with it.

Or perhaps sometime soon, she will say she was misquoted, only joking, taken out of context which have been her most recent excuses.

Well, that's true enough for some of her past utterances.  Sometimes in a rush to make her the boogeyman Twitter gets a little too enthusiastic in its need to thoroughly demonise her.  She says enough genuine rubbish without wilful misinterpretation.

A rather more nuanced view  of Badenoch from The Guardian.  I agree with a fair bit of this: Kemi Badenoch is no cartoon villain. Labour underestimates her at its peril.

Oh no!  I've said something vaguely kinda sorta almost not entirely negative about her!  Burn the witch!

Am surprised no-one has commented on Jenricks performance on Kuenssberg this Sunday.

A complete car crash!

Harping on about leaving the ECHR, when pointed out it would collapse the Good Friday Agreement... "it's not part of it"

When it's highlighted he's got that completely wrong... "Well you have to be pragmatic about these things".

The entire panel, incredulous!

He was being interviewed at 5.15pm on radio four, they were talking about his visit to his parents during COVID and where he lives.

He wasn't too sure where he lived, his website claimed his home was within the constituency, but his declarations state that is his second home.

I'm hopeful that if Badenoch does win the leadership, and I suspect that she will, she will start saying some unpleasant things about the members of her party.

Let's see how they like her nastiness.
