I hope he gets a proper sentence five years minimum as a starter with no early release.

Needs a good leathering

possible  a decent sentence minus 50% then minus more to free up the jails ,we need to do more work in the community and clean our parks,ponds, streets ect and give the really bad uns long sentences.
