Delbow Posted July 9 Share Posted July 9 The Rutland Road site makes a lot more sense though because there's a whole load of trade and builders merchants very nearby - AC Bathrooms, Eurocell, MKM, Howdens, that banister place, a tile shop, etc. As well as Church, indoor golf, axe throwing, an upholsterers, a martial arts dojo, physiotherapist, a few garages, a gym, a wood burning stove shop and a sarnie shop.
