Phrases Relatives Said When We Were Kids

I always remembered my Grandma saying " It's black oer Bills Mothers , when rain was coming , loved it . And , a woman with loose morals , " she must have red hair & live in Rotherham " . And I used one ,she used when I worked in Manchester in X Ray .  One of Consultants told me something I didn't know & I said " Well , I'l go t"foot of our stairs " . He was in absolute hysterics
