I do concur with your two observed  "problems",  but perhaps oddly, I remain unconvinced that he's actually a racist himself;

what he's exceptional at, is manipulating the racism of others in an effort to achieve an undisclosed personal agenda.
I'm absolutely sure he hasn't got yours, or my, interests at heart, regardless of our respective skin colours or races.
