Swan stuck in Rotherham Lock, RSPCA and RSPB closed. Can anyone assist?

There is a swan stuck in Rotherham lock. This is the lock near Rotherham rail station. 2 other swans keep trying to pull it from the corner without sucess. The injured or trapped  swan is still alive because it's neck is upright. I wish I had seen it earlier , it wil be dark soon.
