I've been trying to sell some stuff on eBay, it wasn't a wonderful experience to begin with, the customer service was automated and not very helpful, none of the options or offerings seemed to do what I needed, but I persevered by keeping putting in may I speak to an agent please, eventually I got a message, we'll call you back in 2 minutes, and they did, Jim was incredibly helpful and patient and sorted out my problems.

If in doubt perseverance is the key and keep asking to speak to a real person.

Also don't forget when setting up an auction, ensure 'does not accept returns' is ticked.

 

Plus mark your items with a UV pen or something, because there's loads of shady buyers out there who will try and con you.
