Guest Posted July 30 Share Posted July 30 I've been trying to sell some stuff on eBay, it wasn't a wonderful experience to begin with, the customer service was automated and not very helpful, none of the options or offerings seemed to do what I needed, but I persevered by keeping putting in may I speak to an agent please, eventually I got a message, we'll call you back in 2 minutes, and they did, Jim was incredibly helpful and patient and sorted out my problems. geared Posted July 30 Share Posted July 30 Also don't forget when setting up an auction, ensure 'does not accept returns' is ticked.
