Al Bundy
I take my hat off to anyone who gives blood. I pass out when I have a blood test, yet enjoy getting tattooed.

At the very least, you get a free test for iron in your blood. It used to be tea and biscuits after, but now its water/pop instead. It does wind me up how the NHS give sugary drinks, when sugar is the main cause of ill health.

My old man used to go for the tea and biscuits and to chat the nurses up!!

The system of logging on and then being put into (Queue it ) before I can access the site is so annoying . Sometimes it gives an estimated time before access is allowed ( who is going to wait 50 mins) ,at other times it says 4mins goes down to 2mins and then back up again to 4 mins. It looks like my days of donating are over . Anyone other donors having problems ? Yes I too used to give blood but your right waiting times are shocking used to just call at mobile van but they seem.to.have disappeared!
