£30,000 Bonus for top Civil Servant, does he deserve it?

Maybe someone that is doing a job with impossible targets, with the same laws, will always fail?

Can you or me judge whether a guy in London is being overpaid, also impossible.

It's easy to complain about salary and bonus payments, but what would YOU do to solve the problems they are faced with in a way that remains within the law?

 

And just remember, all laws are made by the government, the government that WE have elected through the current electoral system.
