Veg?

🤣

Veg is her kryptonite mate.

She won't go near it.

My partners son won’t eat veg as such, but he’ll eat it in soup. Make a homemade carrot soup, with onion, celery and potato in it. Purée it and garnish it with some crispy bacon, or spice it up with a bit of curry flavour. Nice bit of crusty French bread and some cheese on the side…  she might eat that?

That sounds lovely.

I'll definitely try that and if she still won't eat it?

No worries because I will 😁

Texture or taste?

Don't let her kid you. It's simply because it's healthy. 🤣

Dip it in chocolate and she'll bite your fingers off to get it. 😋 🤣

Similar, my younger son eats all things beige. A bit limiting...

I can imagine. Serious question. How do you cope? I can't think of many beige food items.

Buttons give me the creeps, as do lotions and emollients... shuddered just typing that, and the thought of eating eggs (unfertilised bird ova 😬) arrrgh.

He was fine as a baby and a toddler with food, then started rejecting items over the years and no amount of gentle persuasion or the odd bit of blackmail would make a difference. He literally eats boiled white rice, milk with his breakfast cereal, and Pringles. Oh, and chocolate.😢 He's seen various specialists regarding this over something like a period of three years, until we ran out of options. He's sixteen years old. We were told that some people with this condition never get back to normal eating as adults.
