pattricia
I have a strange message on my mobile phone which says : Dear Customer , to ensure your order is delivered smoothly, please pay the 1, 63 GBP delivery fee. Use ( it then gives a code to click onto. The only thing I’ve bought lately online is from Amazon who take my money automatically from my debit card. I also have an email from Amazon saying that my order will be delivered today, so what is this strange message on my mobile phone ?

RollingJ
@pattricia - it is a spam/scam message - delete and ignore. If your mobile provider has a reporting option, report it.

Check who it claims to be from and the address in the message - if you a) aren't expecting anything and b) the address isn't a true delivery company - it is a scam. 1

swarfendor437
It's the same for e-mail. I have had various spam messages turn up in my business email - just delete them.
