Guest
I can't remember the last time I could afford to buy a lamb joint, but it is over a decade ago, why is lamb or mutton so expensive I can hardly go anywhere without seeing sheep but I can't afford to buy a leg off one. Why.
aardvark6535
I wouldn't sell you one of my legs, so I can't blame a sheep if they don't want to sell one of theirs. lol I bought this in February, I thought it was just a couple of weeks ago, I also thought it came to £22.00 + not the £14.78 that this one came to, must of been a small lamb which is OK by me as I'm on my own. aardvark6535
It does seem funny to me, that a leg of lamb can be transported halfway around the world and still sell cheaper than one born and bred just up the road.
Stannington Lad
Dunno, I got two lambs steaks for £5.50 I think which I didn't think was too bad considering the price of other meats. I chopped them up and made a great Irish Stew
