Sadly, I do - but was that in the UK, or USA? - they have some super-weird interpretations of responsibility over there, along with a law-suit culture.

One case was the USA, and from what I remember the woman got pretty extensive burns because they had the machine up at some crazy temperature.

 

I'm pretty sure there was another one involving their apple pies as well, which for a long time were nuclear hot when you got given them.

As with many of these cases, I think there was a bit more to it than first meets the eye

Can remember a few years ago , early morning going fishing. My mate wanted a coffee so we went to McDonald’s. He got me one and when I went to have a drink he stopped me and warned me it would be nuclear hot . We were at Dinnington before we dare have a drink. 
How is this possible? When something has a boiling point it doesn’t get hotter.
