Maybe look at controlling the alcohol consumed too, some people in pubs look like they had too much to drink.

There are also sports, take football for example why should I pay my taxes for someone to receive treatment if they get injured while playing football?

I drink a couple whilst cooking dinner because I want it not because I need it.
