dave_the_m Posted August 30 Share Posted August 30 If there are signs around the car park offering a parking contract such as "free for 1 hour" or "only for Wickes customers", along with a "break any of these T&Cs then you agree to pay us £100" clause, then you can bet that a private parking company will be issuing many PCNs, usually via automated ANPR cameras.
