Ref Posted September 3 Share Posted September 3 Does anyone remember the walker,s living on Ranskil Road. Arthur was a pit deputy married to Charlotte. They had 3 children Amy ,Frank and Harry. They left the area after Arthur died of Cancer. In the forties? They were relatives but I know nothing about them. Ref Posted September 4 Author Share Posted September 4 Hi everyone. Maybe it is to far back for anyone to help with my thread. However, I have one other bit of hearsay about the walkers. Arthur worked at Tinsley Park Collery where there was a slippage where he and other colliery workers were injured. Can I ask please What was the colliery? Are there records of accidents circa 1930- 1940? Are there any grave diagrams showing where Arthur was buried.? What school would the children Amy Frank and Harry gone to.? Thanks everyone.
