Duran Duran terrible.????.... Wash your mouth out young man!

In my Defence my favorite artist was and still is Debbie Gibson so it could be argued I know little to nothing about good music 😬

I would go back to the days when you could park outside the Lyceum, apparently these were halcyon days and everything was perfect.

This is what I was attempting to post in reply to your comment 🙄 The good old days indeed.

Without googling I do believe she went on to become a very successful song writer and is in the Guinness book of records for being the youngest song writer and performing artist for a song......I think?

Yeah that's true I believe.

I still listen to her to this day. In fact the kids bought me her concerts on DVD for Christmas.

Best prezzie ive had since a girlfriend bought me an edible jock strap and then said she was hungry 😉

I bet he was fine at first and revealed his true character after you were married...

Obviously, you don't need to answer that.

Not really Draggle , there were warning signs I chose not to take any notice . Dad didn't like him & in fact , he did something he never did when I was meeting boyfriends , he gave me a lift . I met him at top of Commercial St , & Dad said , he is good looking Helen , but he will break your heart . And on my wedding day , my Grandma couldn't come , so we went back to hers on Deep Lane . She told him to leave the room while she spoke to her Grandaughter & she said Helen , I don't like him , I never will & he will break your heart . So that was both Dad & her . How right they were & how true is the saying love is blind .
