doreen1946 Posted September 8 Share Posted September 8 My gran lived on Studley Rd. Norah Hall nee Linaker. Half way up on right hand side. Next door to twins who did ballet n tap. Think they were born 1946 same as me. Grandad was Alfred Hall n used to sit on a stool outside Co,op. His biological dad turns out to be James Cawthorne who had a shop opposite Darnall Church in early 1900s. Hardware?? Mr Cawthorne had a sister who emigrated to Australia, Sarah??
