Bristol city v Sheffield Wednesday fc

I wouldn't say it was a good game, we started well but then got sloppy and let Brizzle have far too much of the ball, our front three were non existent, second half BC also petered out and the Owls probably had the better of the last 15mins, good performance by Beadle but Bernard probably the MOTM, good away point.

Poor game to watch, too many Owls players were having an off night, including Bannan, just the one punt at goal in the entire 1st half and the 2nd attempt on goal wasnt until the 70th minute as Wednesday begun to look more adventurous and actually gave it a go.

The home side werent much better but at least showed intent to attack, but had no end product, Beadles smartest save of the night was from his own player, Johnson.

An away point and a clean sheet, nowt else to congratulate ourselves on.

I'm not one to moan, as you well know, but starting with 8 men never ends well. Musaba, Ugbo and Windass were either missing in action, or just not very good on the night. In my opinion, stick with Kobaski, Smith and Valentin and we'll fare much better.

Smith's 32, not 55!! He's still a young man, not the owd codger some make him out to be!
