The reveal of the ‘bedroom’ is something else 🤣 https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/153578615 That settee looks like it's been made from shuttering board. They haven't even taken the edges off a bit, or rounded them off. 🙄
Stannington Lad Posted Tuesday at 17:26 Share Posted Tuesday at 17:26 Having been someone who has worked in such buildings for a fair percentage of his life, I don't think I could live in one no matter what. Cold, dank places, uneven walls, grime, mental images and such, I wouldn't be able to cope. However, if I were a young sprog with no imagery, I doubt it would be too much of a concern. It's great to see the development though, but they're always going to be factories to me

BRs state staircases must have at least one handrail either side. They can still have the open design but there must be a rail on the wall side. This would further my thought that it's a conversion done with being certified It’s the tenant who needs certifying. Ideal for a West Indian sailor. No bed required. Just rig a hammock between the truss timbers!😀 echo.
