westilad80 Posted July 12, 2006 Share Posted July 12, 2006 If you want a good Indian meal, with Naan Bread the size of carpets, cheap with service to match the price, THE MANGLA is the best curry house is Sheffield by a mile. neeeeeeeeeek Posted July 12, 2006 Share Posted July 12, 2006 I have always suggested the Mangla as the best place about but this year I have been going to / using Gulshan on the Wicker instead. The Mangla has let me down on quite a few occasions, they seem to have lost interest in the food, you order 3 different dishes and they all look and taste the same, they are very inconsistent. It's a shame as it's 5 mins walk from my house! I found eating in was not as inconsistent as takeaway so please don't let this put you off trying them but I hope after the refit they focus on the food again.
