True, but how much of it actually goes on  - even in France?

Not worked behind a bar for years but it happened then and as a customer I've heard it , usually the nearer it gets to last orders and when folk have had a few- I tend to drink at the bar in Sheffield pubs when I come back, and did for a good 25 plus years before moving to France,

Staff get verbal abuse - not all the time but more than happened back in the day  - and managers are often far younger than the groups of customers that tend to frequent eg city centre / West Street pubs - not like the old fashioned landlord / manager of your local.

Bars in France are by far and away quieter than boozers in Sheffield and it's normally table service - no groups of "lads" all trying to get served at once.

I think the ignore function must be broken. You Said you were putting me on your list. Can you pop me on it please?

Pop him on Yours just to be on safe side 😇
