Scam calls

My scam calls have started again. The same message , something has been taken out of my bank. I always check my bank straight away and nothing has ever been taken. I used to have a thing with BT that as soon as I put the phone down after a scam call I then dial this certain code from BT, and it cuts that number off from ever phoning me again, but I think I had to pay BT extra for that service and I didn’t keep it up. After the scam call I dial my online bank account and no money has ever been taken. I also dial 1471 after the scam call and get the scammers phone number. I’ve told my bank this but they never take the number saying that the scammer keeps changing their number. Is there any Fraud Squad number where I can report this or is it worth it ? Your advice please.

Here's a little tip for anybody getting automated scam calls;

When you pick the phone up, don't say anything.

If it's an automated call, it responds to your voice, if you say nowt, it rings off.

If it has a human at the other end, they will speak first.
