So Cal Girl
I left in 76 and of course Mr. Pemeberton was one of my memories. Also was it Mr. Porter who ran the chess club? I also vaguely remember Mrs. Preece and Mrs. Tzinsky who was my first teacher in the juniors. The bell that was rung at the end of each class was kept on a shelf just outside the door and we sometimes got to ring it. She taught me the times table and how to write cursive. She passed away last year, I think.
Cracker22
I was there between 1960 and 1967. My kids went through there and Mr Pemberton is STILL there. I am really sorry but Mr Pemberton died in 2008.
