Blades Chat #5 Discuss United here

Oooo... all excited.

THIS is our predicted line-up from the rumours we've heard, that usually means it's going to be nothing like but, oh well :D

Just getting ready to go to the boozer for when it opens :) COYRAWW.

Don't know if he's fit, but if he is we need Montgomery in the middle of the park to track Gerrard.

On the cup runs of a few seaons back Monty was outstanding and was very effective against Gerrard and Viera (the latter hardly got a look in).

Suddenly, I'm nervous. (I thought I'd grown out of this!)

The Independent seems to think Michael Tongue will be playing on the left side of midfield. Who's he, then?

Bit embarrassing for a paper with a weekly column by Neil Warnock.

Edit: apparently they've never heard of Chris Armstrong, either...

OMG how excited am I!!

OK, I'm at work and cant make it to the game, but even still....

PREMIERSHIP FOOTBALL!!!

I work in Derby but managd to get the radio to pick up 5 live so all the punters will be raising a few eyebrows when I start jumping round when we score.

At least I don't have to wait till sun morning to watch the highlights either, I can see the red and white wizards on MOTD this evening.

Win, lose or draw, survival or relegation, I'll be lovin every minute of this season.

COME ON UNITED!!!!!

And they talk about Wednesday living in the past.

How's this for topical then:

News report just in:

'Following the recent thwarting of an alledged terrorist attack on aircraft

and the subsequent restrictions on hand luggage, airline passengers

have reacted angrily at what seems like double standards over the

issue. This follows the allowing of a Nationwide Championship team,

Sheffield Wednesday, to be able to take their hand luggage onto

any flights they wish.

In answer to the criticism the Police and Security forces issued a

statement insisting that the team were harmless and incapable of

mounting any form of attack.'

:D
