fridgeman
Arsene Wenger praised Sheffield United saying; "Well Sheffield United, I felt did not hide when they could come out and they looked always dangerous and for me they had a very good game today," "Because I expected them to be a little more timid but they defended very well and when they had a chance they always tried to come out and put us under pressure. We will overcome & we will beat Boro on Saturday & the goals will start to flow as our injury list gets smaller. praise dose not get you points, winning matches equals points. chuffinel
Yes Warnock got his tactics spot on, we lost 3 -0 ,God help us if he gets his tactics wrong. With statements like that he shows he speaks without engaging his brain, and he will be sectioned one of these days I found his "tactics" comment a little strange too. Could he have been misquoted ?
Robbie Loving
I found his "tactics" comment a little strange too. Could he have been misquoted ? Maybe if it was on another website i would have thought so. But not on the SUFC site
Batley Blade
I'm finding a lot of what he does strange at the moment. I remember listening to the radio on the way back from Cardiff when we'd been beaten by Wolves, and they were saying how the Premiership would be missing out on one of the game's characters in Neil Warnock. I can't help feel as though this has all gone to his head. Starting with the comment "I was top of the Premiership for 20 minutes or so" after the Liverpool match, and since then he has been changing his tactics every game as if he believes he's some master tactician and that we need to play different systems against every team. Surely continuity would improve the performances? Let's just do the talking on the pitch please Neil, and get some points on the board. Another winnable game on Saturday so let's make sure we get our team right so we don't end up putting in another "Reading performance".
chuffinel
Maybe if it was on another website i would have thought so. But not on the SUFC site In which case I find it more strange. Doesn't make any sense at all. A reality check is needed methinks. Is he losing it or what ?
tosh13
praise dose not get you points, winning matches equals points. I know I am just quoting what Venger said & a top manager like him say's these things it could mean we are on track & the points will arrive. I am sure he will go out on loan ,if they pay a fair part of his wages, especially now that Kabba & Webber are returning to fitness. I wish I could remain as positive as you Tosh, you seem confident we can survive. As the song goes you always seem to look on the bright side of life.
