Washing up liquid just doesn't have the same taste. But then I put Hendersons and Dry Sherry in Bloody Marys and use Cava and Calvados for champagne cocktails, i.e. I'm no bartender. And more importantly where do you all think the best places are to go? Think there is a differance between a classy cocktail and a cheesy cocktail.
