silverknight
My understanding is that an appeal has been put in against SCC. It seems their is an issue on what can be sold in the new retail units. This may be why both Boots the chemist and M&S Simply Foods have not yet moved on SITE. Does seem a bit odd as before redevelopment the site has had a Somerfield supermarket. bazjea
I've read that the remaining building that is incomplete is going to be redesigned bowling place....its starting to look like a right eyesore beside the lovely new shops opposite. Why would anyone want to open a Bowling Alley, when the one that was previously on that site failed
DeBilde23
Why would anyone want to open a Bowling Alley, when the one that was previously on that site failed The alley was open for more than 10 years so it shows the demand was there, poor mismanagement was maybe to blame for the failure.
