1960boy Posted October 9, 2009 Share Posted October 9, 2009 Yes it did Circa, 3 years! In my defence i never followed the plan correctly. Chip butty after a few pints was a disaster for me. 1960boy Posted October 20, 2009 Share Posted October 20, 2009 Nearly jumped off the scales tonight....i lost 3 1/2 lbs!! I was out on Friday and have been fairly good all week but that was a shocker.
